Japan politics is aiming only for suppliers not for demands.

In this case demand means infected patients.
In Japan infected patient can not be care until getting sick.
Novel corona virus increase speed is more moderate than influenza, so getting serious means too late.

Mask is far from get for civil.　This is very more poor politics than South Korea and Taiwan.
