Why outbreak is from Wuhan ?

Where and when is SARS-COV-2 virus from?
If there is the virus around Wuhan, I do not understand why it outbreaks this timing.
I think it reasonable this virus is moved far away. The virus moved into Wuhan gets into human.Transfer then outbreak.
No transfer, maybe no tragedy.
